WCH Security Profile Setup Instructions
Go to outlook.office.com and sign in with your WCH Credentials. After signing in you will see the following message. Click Next to proceed.
You will be prompted to set up Security Questions and an Authentication Phone Number. Start with the Security Questions by Clicking Set Them Up Now.
Select and answer 4 security questions and then click the Save Answers Button.
To set up your Authentication Phone click Set it up now.
Follow the prompts on the screen.
Select United States
Enter your desired phone number
Click on your preferred method either text or call
6. After receiving your Verification Code enter it and click the Verify button.
7. Once you have successfully verified your Authentication Phone and created your Security Questions you will see this screen. Click Finish and you are done.
