In order to further secure the Watsonville Hospital we are asking that you update your Profile information for security and verification purposes. Please follow the steps below.
Launch internet explorer from your WCH PC to access the WCH Intranet Page.
Click on the Identity - Reset your password Link on the Intranet Page.
Enter your WCH Credentials to access the Identity Page.
Click on the Green Click Here Button to proceed.
Follow the steps to select Security Questions and answers and click Next. You will see a verification message when you have successfully added your security questions.
To update your Profile Information please click on the Profile Tab and then on the Edit Button.
Please fill in all of the fields found on the edit profile page and click Update.
General:
Description: Describe your role and or position with WCH.
Office: What room number are you located in.
Telephone Number: This is your WCH direct line or department number.
Web Page: (Leave Blank).
Contact:
Home Phone: This is your home phone number if you have one.
Pager: This is your pager number if you have one.
Mobile: Required Field. This is your Mobile Number
Fax: This is your fax number if you have one.
IP Phone: (Leave Blank).
Address:
Street Address: Required Field.
PO Box: Enter if applicable.
City: Required Field.
State: Required Field.
Zip: Required Field.
