Requesting Hardware for a WCH User
Download the WCH Software Request Form. (Attached Below).
Fill out all of the information in the form.
Save the file.
Go to the Ticketing Portal
Click on Sign in with Microsoft and Login with your WCH Credentials. [email protected] and your WCH Password.
Grant Permission for the new Portal to access your Microsoft credentials.
Once Logged in Click Submit a Ticket.
Click on Software or Hardware Request.
Fill in the requested information and click submit, and then add the Hardware Request Form as an attachment on this screen.
