Requesting Remote Access for a WCH User

 

  1. Download the Remote User Request Template. (Attachment included in this article)

 

  1. Fill in all the information as follows.

    • givenName = First Name

    • sn= Last Name

    • userPrincipalName= Username

    • Description = Names of Medhost Programs needed

    • Title = Position or Job Title

    • Mobile = Cell Phone Number

    • mail= Email Address

    • userAccountControl = 512 (for all requesters)

  2. Save the file.

  3. Go to Helpdesk Page and Launch the Ticketing Portal.

  1. Click the Submit a ticket button.

 

  1. Click the Ticket Submission Option for Remote Access Needed WCH:

 

  1. Fill in the Required information in the ticketing fields in steps 1 - 3.

  2. Once the ticket has been submitted attach your request form to the ticket by clicking on the attachment icon and selecting the appropriate file to attach.
