Requesting Remote Access for a WCH User
Download the Remote User Request Template. (Attachment included in this article)
Fill in all the information as follows.
givenName = First Name
sn= Last Name
userPrincipalName= Username
Description = Names of Medhost Programs needed
Title = Position or Job Title
Mobile = Cell Phone Number
mail= Email Address
userAccountControl = 512 (for all requesters)
Save the file.
Go to Helpdesk Page and Launch the Ticketing Portal.
Click the Submit a ticket button.
Click the Ticket Submission Option for Remote Access Needed WCH:
Fill in the Required information in the ticketing fields in steps 1 - 3.
Once the ticket has been submitted attach your request form to the ticket by clicking on the attachment icon and selecting the appropriate file to attach.
