Users unable to Login via Citrix please follow the steps below.


  1. Refresh your Citrix Workspace. You should now see the Cloud Desktop



  1. If that doesn't work please fully exit out of the program by doing the following.

    • Find the Citrix Icon on the bottom of your screen in the Tray.

      • Right Click on the Citrix Icon.

      • Left Click on Close Window



  • You will also need to exit the program from the hidden icons section.

    • Go to Bottom right of the screen and left click on the Show Hidden Icons Arrow and right click on the Citrix Icon


    • Find the Exit option in the pop-up window and left click on it.


3. Relaunch the App and you should be able to access the Remote Desktop!
