Logging into the remote server via Citrix Desktop Application with WCH

Citrix Dekstop Application Access Instructions:

1. Open Citrix Desktop Application: 

   • Look for the Icon on your desktop. Or

   • Click the windows Icon and look for Citrix Workspace. Or

   • Type Citrix in the Windows search bar.

2. Add an account:

   • Enter the WCH Citrix URL https://wchremote.cloud.com.

   • Click Do not show this window.

   • Click Add

3. Login using your WCH credentials: Enter your credentials as shown below and click Log On.

Username :  [email protected] 

Password :   windows password 

4. Launch the Cloud Desktop:

   • Click All Desktops

   • Click Cloud Desktop

5. Access the Cloud Desktop: The newly launched Window will give you full access to all of the WCH and Medhost programs you need.

You should now be connected to the system.
