Logging into the remote server via Citrix with Watsonville Community Hospital


Citrix Web Browser Access Setup Instructions:


  1. Open a browser and go to the WCH Citrix Link:

  https://wchremote.cloud.com/



  1. Login using your WCH credentials: Enter your credentials as shown below.

Username :  [email protected] 

Password : windows password 


(If the Cloud Desktop Tab does not open automatically, move to step 3. If the Cloud Desktop Tab does open, move to step 4.)


  1. Disable Pop-up Blockers: 

If a pop-up blocker is on you will need to disable it for this site. If you have a pop-up blocker you will see the message below. 


The process for allowing popups may vary depending on the browser.


  • Microsoft Edge: You will see the popup notification in the right side of your address bar. Click the icon and then select always allow for this site.

  • Internet Explorer: You will see a popup bar at the bottom of the window. Click Options for this site and select always allow.




  • Google Chrome With AdBlock Plus Extension: Click on the ABP Icon on the upper right side of your browser and then slide the off switch to the left to deactivate it. 



  • Your pop-up blocker may slightly vary from the instructions listed above. If you need help you can contact the helpdesk.



  1. Select use web browser: You do not need to download the desktop application ignore the Desktop Prompt and click on Use Web Browser.




  1. After login: it will open a new tab for the remote session. This Tab in your browser will give you full access to all of the WCH and Medhost programs you need.



  1. Launch Session from the Citrix Workspace Tab: If the Cloud Desktop tab fails to launch on its own you can launch it by double clicking Cloud Desktop on this Page.



  1. Logout and Back in to Launch the Tab Automatically: If the Cloud Desktop tab still fails to launch simply click on the arrow in the upper right corner of the Citrix Workspace screen and click Log Out. 




8. Click Back To Sign In: Click back to sign in, sign back in and the Cloud Desktop should open up automatically.



You should now be connected to the system.
